  I have a Service Agreement with Bill's Home Service Company.
  I am pleased with their work. They are punctual and polite, and they know what they are doing. Highly recommend! They charge $235 for the annual inspection. If they find something, they will return at no extra charge.

  I called the office to get an estimate for Rodents, bugs and termite control. The lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and gave me quotes immediately. Termite Control requires a local inspection and that was schedule for 8-7-23 between 1 and 3. Sunday, 8-6-23 Rusty called me to confirm our appointment … More and told me he was shooting for 1. He was on time, friendly and obviously knew what he was doing. I signed up and he applied the treatment that same day. I did the math buying my own product and applying myself. It does not make financial sense and who knows if the product I would have purchased would have been as effective. Most likely not. I highly recommend Bill's, good customer service is what everyone says, few actually come through.

  I was so afraid I had bedbugs, so I called Bill's to do an evaluation. They were prompt, personable and honest. They came out to do the assessment, examined everything. I had saved a few of the bugs for them to look at and it turns out I had kissing bugs in my bedroom ???? They could have charged … More me more to treat the situation but they told me it looked like I had the situation under control and to call them if anything changed. I found two more tiny baby kissing bugs (this was a month ago) and have not seen another since. I think the bugs heard that I called "Bill's" and they knew enough to evacuate my place. I've been 3 weeks without a sighting. Thanks for listening to me ramble. Bill's will be the first place I call if I ever have another issue. I recommend them highly! Kate
